Read it three times and still find it spooky as hell
TV movie version wasnt awful but i could rally around a reboot...

The '04 version with Rob Lowe was easy to forget.
This one is actually not too bad of an adaptation. I just watched it again this afternoon. I always watch it in October..... Halloween and all....
It would be great if this was made into a series. So much of what was in the book was left out of this TV movie. Ruthie Crocket, The couple in the trailer park with the baby? The kids in the school bus??? The whole town and the change needed to be explored.
I am still fond of this though. At the time this aired, it was pretty scary for a tv movie. It still isn't bad.
The novel is so good and scary
