WEEKLY MIYAZAKI RETROSPECTIVE: 'THE CASTLE OF CAGLIOSTRO'

From the anime guru himself at http://www.animemangaguru.com/?s=4194

===========================================================================================
I make it no secret among those that know me that Hayao Miyazaki is my favorite director of all time. I was introduced to his works during college. One of my close friends had "Spirited Away" and "Princess Mononoke" on his shelf, and whenever I spent time with him, I always picked the DVD cases up and wondered why I hadn't yet bothered to watch either of them. However, one fated day during quarter break (yes, my school was split into quarters for some reason), that friend and I watched them both back-to-back. After that day, every film I have seen, animated or not, has been scrutinized by how well it stacks up against those made by an old Japanese man with a goofy face and a gray mop of hair.
