could have been EVEN CLOSER actually....

Rocky and Apollo went down at the exact same time and were both subjected to the same ten count. Rocky barely got up in time and Apollo collapsed. Imagine if they were racing to get up and Rocky gets up on 9 and Apollo gets up 1 or 2 seconds later and is standing but too late. That would have been EVEN CLOSER but still a win for Rocky.
