Worst Rocky by far

While I might get alot of heat for this, I feel that Rocky II is a really mediocre movie except for the last 30 minutes. 3/4's of the movie is a borefest and a huge step back from the original.

Rocky 5 is considered the worst of the movies, but it at least entertained me for most of the movie, something Rocky II failed to do.

Basically I felt it had alot of scenes that weren't needed.

The training montages and end fight scene alone are fantastic and too epic for the whole movie to be considered the worst. All of the original 5 Rockies are great to some extent.

Rocky Balboa is by far the worst. That freakin pay per view fight at the end was so tacky and un-Rocky like. What was Sly thinking? That movie blows. Rocky I-IV are all classics and V is underrated.

How many a$$holes we got on this ship, anyhow?!

I think its one of the best sequels, to be honest; it has one of the best training montages in the series, Rocky and Adrian get married (and have a kid), Apollo gets some of his best lines in this one, and to top it off, Rocky wins! And the ending is perhaps the most emotional of the entire saga (just tugs at the heart strings majorly).

If anything, I'd say V was the weakest (not necessarily the worst, as I did enjoy it).

No way!
It's not the best and it tends to drag early on. If I'm flicking channels and I see Adrian just about ready to snap out of her coma, I'm locked in for the rest of the movie. They should have just turned the last 30 minutes of "Rocky 2" into an extended 30-minute "Deleted Scene"
After the "win" and "What are we waiting for?" scene, which immediately makes up for every wretched moment in the previous 90 minutes. The best single exchange in "Rocky" history. An absolute tour de force.
The subsequent training scene, climaxing with Rocky jogging along with every kid in the entire state of Pennsylvania.
The entire fight scene. You knew Rocky was winning ... but the unexpected Double Knockdown was an inspired wrinkle, wasn't it?
Rocky's post-fight speech. Goosebumps galore. Yo, Adrian! I did it.

I think it's a terrific sequel with some flaws just like the other films, for Rocky 2 I found the soap opera stuff boring and filler.

I actually enjoy watching "Rocky" and "Rocky II" even though they are not necessary my favorite of the series. My most favorite has to be "Rocky III" because one of my favorite professional wrestlers Hulk Hogan and the debut of the song "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor. The worse considering the series consists of "Rocky," "Rocky II," "Rocky III," "Rocky IV," "Rocky V," "Rocky Balboa," and "Creed," even though I have not seen "Creed," has to be "Rocky V" because it feel like the movie was an afterthought. "Creed" could be not so good of a movie; however, since I have not seen "Creed," I will save judgement until I have seen the movie which should be soon. I just finished watching "Rocky" about a week ago and am at this moment watching "Rocky II." Sometime next week I will be watching "Rocky III," and then sometime after that, I will be watching "Rocky IV," "Rocky V," "Rocky Balboa," and then will be watching "Creed."

Rocky II was littered with so much filler, if they ever remade the entire series they could literally combine Rocky II & III into one movie.

Rocky retires, gets married, and tries commercials/Apollo demands a rematch
Rocky fails at other business ventures/Accepts Apollos rematch
Rocky wins
Mr T challenges Rocky/Rocky accepts while training like he did in the original Rocky II
Mick dies/Rocky loses
Rockys can't win without Mick/Apollo comes to train Rocky
Rocky gets the eye of the tiger/Beats Mr T

That's enough action/drama/story arc for one movie.

You sir are a full fledged idiot. Rocky II is second only to the original. It was just as much of a powerful yet gritty drama as the first. I’m sorry it was too much for your short attention span to handle, you probably wanted more music, more dance numbers, and more montages.
