Was Jay Stewart from 'Let's Make a Deal' in this movie?

When Tom goes to visit Eaglebauer in the boy's room near the beginning of the movie, the voice announcer who describes Kate to Tom, sounds just like him. I noticed his name wasn't in the credits, though. Anyone?
