Trini Singing?
I heard the song at the very end of the film and it sounded like Trini Alvardo's voice. I was told she did sing and she sang in Times Square so i was wondering if it was her at the end.

They are not credited, however.

Not sure about Jeremy, but that's definitely Trina.
