Copy of Quintet screenplay

I'm trying to locate a copy of the script for an analysis and critique to be included in my doctoral thesis (Just an FYI, I do not intend to use dialogue quotes from the script in my work).
So far my search has been in vain.
Can anyone help?
Does anyone out there have a copy?
Any advice? Any leads?
