Why is bad Altman so dreadfully bad? I had never heard of this film until I saw it on TV one night, holy cow what a stinker. One of those films where you keep waiting for something to happen and it never does. You know that a film is REALLY bad when several of the reviewers call it a "masterpiece".

Hey! Don't put down Barry Lyndon. It's a great cure for insomnia. However, my main point is not all Robert Altman films are bad, in fact a few are quite good to brilliant. This obviously isn't one of them. I think it's fair to say it's pretty awful. The guys at MST3K or Rifftrax.com should have covered this movie.
