Top 10 guilty pleasure horror flicks

Most horror films tend to be guilty pleasures by nature but I'm looking for the list that even horror fans have a hard time defending. Mine in no order:
1. Jaws 3
2. Prophecy
3. Halloween 3
4. Blood Freak
5. Orca
6. Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things
7. Rawhead Rex
8. King Kong (76)
9. Phantom of the Paradise
10. Friday the 13th V: A New Beginning

Okay, so most of these I saw as a child and have fond memories of and still enjoy today which is the prime definition of a guilty pleasure.

3 Legend of Boggy creek
4 The boogens
5 Silent scream
6 My Bloody Valentine (original)
7 Prom night (original)
8 Piranha (original)
9 Basket case
10 It's alive

I have no guilty pleasures... I either like something (on some level) or I don't.

Halloween 3 is an excellent horror film. Prophecy and Orca are great as well.

Phantom of the Paradise is good (and one of the only DePalma films I actually like).

The rest are goofy but entertaining... I certainly am not embarrassed or "guilty" for enjoying them.

Halloween 3 is a piece of crap, anyone who knows horror..KNOWS this movie flat out sucks

A few fun, kind of obscure 80's horror movies:

Scream for Help (1984)
Sorority House Massacre (1986)
Ghosthouse (1988)
Out of the Dark (1988)
Grandmother's House (1988)

Not totally obscure, but "A Return to Salem Lot (1987)" is a huge guilty pleasure for me

Gotta disagree regarding Halloween III. It’s not built around the Myers mythos, but rather takes a new and very different path. Forget it has Halloween in the title and it’ll play much better.

Another poster mentioned The Legend of Boggy Creek. It is poorly made, and the acting is pretty bad, but it does carry a certain power. Maybe you had to see it as a kid at the drive-in to get the full effect.
