Hello, I know this is two years late but I have a VHS of it released from MCA in Australia.

The tagline reads: After seeing this film, you may never fly again!

The Pilot can be downloaded from http://cultrararevideos.com/forgottenflixp.html for $2.95. I can't vouch for the quality or the company.

I bought a used copy on eBay a few years ago. This was an American NTSC VHS copy. I first saw it from a PAL VHS copy in Britain.

Oh Lord, you gave them eyes but they cannot see...

I also have it on VHS although I really wish it would be re-released on DVD! Much like the television series Twelve O'Clock High, starring Paul Burke, these great aviation movies and TV series should be made available to the public ASAP!

Will someone please send me a dvd that you transfer from vhs ? Thank you.

reply

It's available in full now on YouTube. Picture is not DVD quality, but resembles the clarity of drive-in's back in the day.

I'm still watching a copy I made of a rental VHS tape. It's fairly horrible. I'd really like to have DVD of it. Release it on DVD you bastages.

reply

No longer on YouTube. only the trailer.

And now VHS copies start at $45 at Amazon. I just pulled mine out. Not great sharpness on this one, and it is a pan and scan conversion from Panavision.
