Met the Tall Man..

...and Don and the rest of the cast back when my old friend Chris Chomyn was shooting one of these (he shot 3 and 4). Angus was the sweetest old guy anyone could ever wish to meet. When I told him how much he scared me when I first saw him as the Tall Man in this at the drive-in - and then told him I'd never have believed that upon meeting him, he'd be so nice that I'd wish he was my grandpa, he laughed and gave me a hug. He was such a wonderfully nice guy! Don is a great guy too and all the rest of the cast were terrific. They were shooting the scene where A. Michael Baldwin is on the autopsy table struggling to get the tuning fork out of his pocket - Don was shooting with a 16mm cam handheld to capture insert scenes of Michael's hand fumbling with the tuning fork. What a fun day that was!
