Is there a difference between the Prism and Rhino VHS releases of this film?

According to Amazon reviews, the DVD version of the movie is completely butchered with cuts, so I figured I would look into the VHS. The Rhino version is listed as 7 minutes longer than the DVD, but the Prism VHS doesn't seem to have a runtime listed from anyone. Can anyone help me out?
The only copies I can find are the Prism VHS.
