China's Blood-sweating horses???

I've seen this movie a number of times and always wondered about the scene with the N.Y.C. vampire brothel worker speaking of Chinese art, the Han dynasty and 'blood-sweating' horses. I thought it was something that was made-up, but it was actually real. Today they are known as Akhal-Teke. Go figure, I guess.
