The first act set in Europe is the best

The first thirty minutes or so of this film (when they fall in love in Europe) are excellent and superior to the college segments, in my opinion. Overall, I wish that they had taken the narrative of the first act of the script and expanded it to feature length. I enjoyed the film but it doesn't reach the very high levels of A Touch of Class.
