This film Creepd Me Out back When I was a Kid

I saw this film back on the Movie Channel in 1979. It really made an impression on me and I spent years searching for it before I bought a used VHS copy off of ebay years ago. Of course, when it was released on dvd, I bought a copy. I bought a copy of the remake as well (under the stupid title Nature's Grave) and it was OK, but I liked the original better.

Wow, that's when I saw it too. We had just installed cable tv in our household. As a 9-year-old kid at the time, this film scared the hell out of me.

I like the tagline for 'Nature's Grave' (2008). "Mother Nature has a dark side."

I've just noticed that 'Nature's Grave' has the alternative title 'Long Weekend' The same as this original. Also MovieChat have it as a 2009 release if anybody has trouble finding it.
