I remember reading this book when I was younger and then seeing the movie later. But I can't think of who wrote it, and can't find it anywhere(ie. Amazon or ebay)Is there anybody out there know who wrote this, I would like to have it and then of course watch the movie again.

Same here. I read the book then saw the film on TV. I still have the book, which like so many of my belongings is in storage. I wish I could tell you who wrote it, but I just can't remember.
