Aren't you nervous or suspicious of overly friendly strangers?
Sorry if I sound too cynical. But there's a reason human beings evolved a "sixth sense" hundreds of thousands of years ago to compensate for mediocre hearing and poor smell and no fangs, no claws, no horns, and slow running.
It was to keep us out of danger, silly.
So when after an accident, the other party involved comes up to you and is so obiging, so accomodating, so overwhelmingly ready to offer you red carpet vacation treatment as if you're on the top of the line cruise vacation, doesn't your mental alarm bells go off? Something's not right.
