But it depends on what you want from a movie. If you want something to laugh at because the parties involved take themselves as seriously as they do, this is the movie for you. It's hard to believe a film could be made majorally from stock footage, but these clowns show us the light.
If you're looking for it to be good, no. No it's not any good.
