Isn't Brooke shields a big star? And you would have thought someone would have released this film when George Burns passed a way a couple of years back.
shareI agree. Don't get me started on some of the movies and television shows you can't seem to find on DVD. For some reason George Burns and that whole generation of stars is being forgotten. It's sad because they could out perform most stars today without taking off their hat. I saw this movie for the first time on HBO back in the 80's when I was just a kid. George Burns is fantastic. Ms. Shields is great. The powers that be need to get this movie onto DVD please please please.
shareOh man, I LOVE this movie. I too watched it for the first time on HBO in the '80s. I saw it again fairly recently because it was on On-Demand, and I wondered if it would hold up. It did. This is a really funny - and slyly risque at times even - movie. I would buy it in a heartbeat if it came on out DVD.

I'm 20 Now. I First Saw This When I Was 9-11ish. I Loved It! Sadly, I Couldn't Remember The Name When I Got Old Enough To Purchase Things And I Kept Remember The Girl As Being Jodie Foster! I Just Now Had The Brainwave That It Could've Been Brooke. I Knew It Was One Lolita Who Shouldn't Have Been Naked In The Trunk At That Age! :) Anyway, Glad I've Found It. Now Who Do We Petiton For The DVDs?

Ok I just want to say that everyone on here is right. Not just about this movie but any movie out there period. Any that's on vhs needs to be transferred to DVD. It's not that hard to do. We have all of these movies out there that are so stupid and full of *beep* and non-sense. But these good excellent movies like Just you and me,kid, Ernest goes to school and etc. need to be transferred to DVD at a low price for us people that grew up and love to watch. Why aint they out? If I was running the whole show I would go through every movie ever made that isnt on dvd and put them on it. Hello you will make more money that way, I mean just leaving rotting in dust not doing anything, well here's your chance, get off you butt's and do it, it's another way of making more money. And you'd be making us very happy, I know lots of people who would love to find any movie ever made that's hard to find would love to add them to their collection.
