I didn't get it when Shel says while standing before the firing squad, "I've only had four women: two of them my wife, one before and one after." What does that mean, two of them my wife - that he was married twice?

DEFINITELY meant sex with his wife before and after they were married; counted as two women. I thought it was funny. But I think virtually every line of dialog in this movie is funny. "We have no blindfolds senor we are poor country."
shareIt is a comedy, I feel the same way as ejr-4, every line in this movie is funny. This was not a serious movie everything does not have to be logical or make sense.
The most important thing is sincerity. If you can fake that you've got it made.
