Lindsay Bloom = Karen Gillan

Lindsay Bloom's breasts were briefly seen in H.O.T.S. and the rest of the time that she was topless her breasts was hidden on-screen.

This was somewhat like when Karen Gillan was naked in Not Another Happy Ending as her breasts was hidden or clearly not seen on-screen but we still get to see her bum.

Just as Lindsay Bloom's Melody Ragmore was the chief villain in H.O.T.S., Karen would later played a villain Nebula in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies.

So Lindsay and Karen are two villains that I absolutely love to love.

In fact both had their hairs shaved off for their respective characters in their respective movies H.O.T.S. & Guardians of the Galaxy.
