2. Jane bhi do yaro( charecter actors in a comic film, result=U know)
3. Chupke Chupke ( sharmila/ Dharmendra superb)
4. Hera pheri( Paresh Rawal's life changed upside down)

I could also add Chupke Chupke to that list but those are my absolute favourites.
Many other movies of that era(Amitabh in films like Namak Halaal) had great comedy scenes but weren't 100% all out comedies.
Of the later crowd: Andaaz Apna Apna, Hungama, Hera Pheri, Dhamaal, etc..
