the brand spanking new dvd in uk

well what can i say original run time 100 mins uk dvd run time 84 min.
picture awful in some parts you hear ppl talk but they not on screen as the sides are chomped of. picture looks like a bad damaged vhs color and sound very poor.
why did they do this when the German version id full uncut with remastered sound and picture?i have a rip from ebay of the old british vhs which is missing 7 seconds cut by bbfc. well that version is far better and longer by about 5 min.
im absolutely disgusted i emailed black horse and jeff films they didn't even answer moor interested in making money than making quality product
