-Clu Gulager in a sizable role
-The Lieutenant from "The Rookie"
-Smack, Coke, Pot...you name it, we got it
-Driving around in a '79 Pontiac Grand LeMans for a good chunk of the movie

Not "just Chuck Norris", but Chuck Norris in his prime. He and his opponent were in good shape. Check out their back muscles.
