This movie was stone cold pimpin' I can not believe Dr J did not win an Oscar for his steller performance here. Like in the beginning when he would not pass his teammate dude the ball. Great acting and all.

This is Dr. Julius Erving for God's sake! He should still recieve an oscar for this movie.
The Oscars should have at least one category where a classic film that did not get it's due recieve an Oscar.

If you didn't see him in the much missed REAL ABA, this movie was as close as you can get.
