The Warden's Nails

That's one thing that sticks out for me about this film were his nails. After he sees Eastwood in the office, he starts cutting his nails and you can see the clippings falling onto the desk. He's later shown walking around the prison twirling his nail clippers around his finger. The guy definitely had a "hand fetish" and an obsession for short nails.
