How could that guy be Al Capone? Al Capone died in like 1945 or around there, and this movie took place in 1962.

Historical movies often get timing wrong, either an oversight or they just want a fun scene so they fudge things a little. I just checked wikipedia and he died in 1947, still too early for this movie by fifteen years though.

Maybe Al Capone Junior?

As an aside a month or so ago I just happened to be looking at obituaries for Naperville. Someone who was like 80 or 90 had just died and used to live in Forest Park and Cicero. His name? Frank Nitti. Coincidence?

Litmus said he was Al Capone just to be a smart ass. Just to a fun at Charley Butts expense. At least that's the way I saw the scene as.
