An entertaining movie

Robert Redford & Jane Fonda have some good chemistry in this movie - the banter they have back and forth with the Rattlesnake Roundup and the spikey shoes from Bloomingdales or the getting up medal comment. Definitely worth watching ...

Yes, definitely worth watching. Anyone who doesn't like this movie is an elitist bastard.

Second best line... Willie Nelson after he is asked what he's going to do now: "I don't know what you're gonna do, but I'm gonna find me one of those Keno girls, that can suck the chrome off a trailer hitch... and kick back."

I just recorded it off HBO last night. I haven't seen this movie for years. I don't think I've ever seen it on DVD although I'm sure it's out there. But it hasn't been broadcast (that I know of) for many years. I loved this movie. I'm amazed it has such a low score as well.

This is one of those "feel good" from the 70s and 80s that the world could use more of. By no way an Oscar winner but a thoroughly enjoyable 2 hour escape.

Easily one of my favorite Redford movies. Redford lights up the screen in this one. Obviously, he was very comfortable playing this character.

Absolutely agree, plus he's beautiful to look at. Then there's the horse....

I liked the connection The Electric Horseman had with the Hangover movie...
