What is with the new name. Since when did Cheerleaders Wild Weekend become The Great American Girl Robbery?

Probably it goes the other way; they tracked down the original title and
cross-referenced it. This is an older name...

It was CHEERLEADERS' WILD WEEKEND when I saw it during its first release. GREAT AMERICAN GIRL ROBBERY was the working title that somehow got reinstated when it was released on video.
