I'd say that's my favorite title out of the thousand or so that this movie goes under (its just got a great ring to it) but does anyone know what its supposed to mean?

Sounds great doesn't it? That used to be my screen name years ago on some horror movie forums.

Well first off blue usually means that someone is depressed it also means anything to do with sex,which is what the name is implying. Holocaust is pretty self definable.

So in a nutshell it means sexual slaughter.

Isn't that something? I was wondering what Buio Omega meant. How is Buio pronounced? I've been thinking it's bwee.

Omega represents the end,not a holocaust. Omega is the last letter of the Greek alphabet. You've probably heard the saying "I'm the alpha and the omega" Which means I'm the beginning and the end.

So
Buio-Darkness
Omega-Final/end

Blue Holocaust has nothing to do with Buio Omega,it means pretty much what I defined it as.
