I could be wrong, but it looks a lot to me like the old Blantyre Public School. I went there for "shop" when I was in grade school back in the 70s.
I tried, but couldn't locate any pictures of the old elementary school building, but I would swear that it was Blantyre Public featured in "The Brood."
I also passed the school on the bus everyday on my way back from work for many years.

Funny, I've walked by that school many times when I used to walk up Avenue Rd. to get to Eglinton Ave. W. back in the late '90s to go over to Yonge St. so I could go to Canada Square cinemas or that cinema that was a few blocks east of Yonge on Eglinton.

So...yes MLauzon, the school on Avenue Rd...as for Blantyre...I too used to walk to Shop Class there from Courcelette Rd School as a child...
