Frank's reaction after running down the stairs to answer the phone, only to hear a dial tone at the other end when he finally picks it up .

There was another archaic moment that was good for a laugh - when Frank's father was confronting Oliver Reed's character, and after he drove off, his assistant asked if he should have someone follow him (or was it to call the cops?), to which Reed responded: No, he's just drunk.

Hahaha, I was thinking about the "He's just drunk" line for many minutes after the scene ended. It was the most casual thing. If you weren't sure it was a '70s movie...!

Ha ha. Yeah. That scene is good for a laugh. "He's drunk, just let him drive it off."
