The Ultimate Betrayal from Young?

I must have been sleeping under a rock, not to know that sweet, sexy Audrey Hepburn actually appeared in a R-Rated movie! For those who have seen it, is the violence gratuitous and is there profanity in it? I only ask because it would appear that Terence Young was probably not forthcoming with Miss Hepburn, with regards to what the storyline was actually going to be. After all, this is the same director who made the quite fantastic, Wait Until Dark.

No profanity that I recall (nothing amazing, anyway), but there's nudity and violence—...laughably, incompetently done, and in extremely bad taste.

Essentially there's almost nothing about the main business of the plot that would warrant an R rating, but in between all of the corporate thriller stuff with Audrey Hepburn, once in a while we cut to seemingly unrelated scenes in which naked women are strangled to death for snuff films. (Eventually the movie graduates to scenes in which dead naked women are fished out of canals and waterways.) The scenes are inserted between other scenes apparently at random, and the whole subplot is never properly explained or concluded. This is a very bad movie, in case that was still unclear.
