when will this be released on dvd?

all of the movies richard gere has been in should be released on dvd. he is just too sexy i would buy anything with him in it. please release this movie and all richards movies on dvd now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not a big Richard Gere fan (mum loves him though!), however I caught this movie on TCM and absoloutley loved it. Not only does it showcase Gere's amazing acting abilities, but the subjects the movie deals with are so hard-hitting and delicate - they were superbly presented. I absoloutley fell in love with this movie, especially the dynamic between stony and his little brother. The movie had me so engrossed, to the point that I was yelling at the screen towards the end when it seemed like he was making an escape without his brother. It was beautiful. So naturally I instantly came on the net straight after it ended to order my self a DVD copy and what do I find? It's not available on DVD! How ridiculous. There is so much crap out on DVD these days and then a beautiful, meaningful and unique film like this is neglected of a DVD release. Makes no sense at all.
