One issue i had with the film
While I loved the film overall and this is just nitpicking, i never once believed him as a three year old. Obviously i understand the fact that they couldnt have a three year old, but it stoøø bothered me.

share^He wasn't a 3 year old throughout the movie, only for part of the movie. I had no problem with that at all. In the opening scenes, David Bennent portrayed himself as a newborn baby and I found that believable also. Some suspension of disbelief is necessary when watching movies!
shareYeah, that was hard to believe, the main character physically looking like a three year old and "not growing an inch" all those years. (The kid as a baby looked very unbelievable!) The actor was actually about eleven and I thought he was such a great child actor. Very believable emotionally.
shareIn real life today the actor David Bennett is 5'1" tall. He was probably much less in the 1970s when the movie was made.
