I found it on VHS. It's more of a cultural artifact of New York City in 1979 than a cohesive feature, but it's certainly worth seeking out. The scenes with Richard Hell are wonderful, but Carole Bouquet's limits as an actress (and interviewer) dragged this film down considerably for me. 6/10 stars.
