Roark Wearing - Stunt rider in the movie - Has Passed away

It is with a heavy heart, that I make this post on behalf of the Wearing/Alfino family. Roark Wearing (has passed away 12/19/16 from a tragic fall, that resulted in a severe head trauma) an amazing horse equestrian, one that loved life, family and was so great with the horses In 1979 he had the awesome opportunity to be included in this amazing production as a stunt rider for the star Kelly Reno and it is ironic that is passing come at the 25th anniversary. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family. Carolyn, Laura, and Scott (and his extended family, and his children... we are so sorry for your loss. Those involved in the production and who knew him as a child, he now has children of his own, and we have created a GoFundMe account to help raise money for their support...
