Ringo?

In the scene where John is trying to explain about
the absence of a drummer, the manager mumbles
something like what has he gotten himself into
and then that other guy says he'll sit in, but
he sounds exactly like Ringo, so much so
that I have to wonder if the real Ringo did a
voiceover or if it's only a coincidence.
