Such an amazingly sweet and poignant documentary. Never heard of it before and they played it on TCM tonight. I was almost not going to watch it as it sounded depressing but it was wonderful. So wish TCM would play the follow up film Best Man that was filmed 20 years later.
shareHave you seen Best Man? I know it's available thru Netflix, but only via DVD. I watched Best Boy man years ago (as well as Best Man). I was surfing through channels tonight and saw it was on and watch the last hour of the documentary.
