Peter Sellers should have won Best Actor

And this is from a HUGE Dustin Hoffman fan! But I thought Hoffman should have won his first Oscar years before Kramer v Kramer for either The Graduate, Straw Dogs, or even Straight Time. I think the Academy tends to give the Oscars to the right actors, but at the wrong time. Sellers was phenomenal in this.
