Legitimate DVD Release

It has been said this film was offically released on DVD, where can I get it?

A dvd version of this film was made for a collection of Spanish cinema which was given away with copies of "El País" newspaper in Spain. There might be a previous edition but I'm not aware of it.

Getting this film outside P2P networks is very difficult. The only place to watch would be eBay.
