When he first decides he needs to see more movies, he goes to the cinema. He comes home and describes how well done a scene was when a woman is throwing things at a man. You never see her apparently; only the man with stuff being thrown at him. Anyone know what this movie is?

It's not "Barwy ochronne" (1977), AKA "Camouflage". That film is actually featured in "Amator" (Camera Buff), and its director, Krzysztof Zanussi, appears as himself.
Filip Mosz is talking about a different film, one we never see.

Thanks for the tip adjameson-2 I also thought it was that film by Zanussi. Now I can see Filip was watching another movie, one by Wajda perhaps?
