Is this the movie where the kinda creepy guy is hanging out at the bar during the show & we're supposed to think he's a psycho the it turns out he's just homeless with a couple of kids he's trying to care for?

Yes. I love this movie. Needs to be released on DVD.
Especially because of the big name stars. (Some of who are now gone.)
