Midnight Legacy DVD uncut?

So I just bought the Midnight Legacy release of this and it says it's uncut, I just noticed that the running time(according to IMDB) is 92 minutes...but the running time on the dvd is 84.25 minutes. The info from Midnight Legacy states that this DVD is legit and uncut...anyone know if this is true??
