The Indianapolis Colts used to be in Baltimore. The owner notoriously transported the franchise in the middle of the night without even telling the fans.

I think the guy was just being a smartass to the judge, but if it had some other intent such as showing the guy was under the influence, I'm not entirely sure what the significance of it was!

I didn't get that one either but the poster above seems to be onto something. Yet how does that warrant the judge's reaction, i don't know. If the other poster is right, this line is completely harmless compared to what he could have said.
