Help finding a skit

Does anybody know which episode this skit is from? Perhaps I can find the episode online. I haven't watched it in over 20 years, so I'm just paraphrasing.

Doug enters the kitchen and says to his mom: "Mom, I think you love my sister more than you love me."

Mom: "Oh, come now, Dougie, what makes you say that?"

Doug: "It's true. You love her more."

Mom: "I don't love you at all, and I don't know where you got such a ridiculous idea!"

Doug walks away dejectedly.

Anybody recall it?
