i used 2 luv worsel gummige cant believe they fininshed making in before i was even born and this was one of my favourite tv shows!! seriously weird ..... thort they were making it late 80's wen i was little but obv not!!

They did return to make a new series in the late 80's. It was called Worzel Gummidge Down Under. The first series down under was in 1987, and the second series was in 1989.

Jon was very good after coming off dr who :) a few years between
i bought the Boxset which has all uk & New Zealand Episdoes & Christmas Special
it was Jon Pertwee & Una Stubbs that made the New Zealand ones ok
now i know why they had a differernt crowman because the crowman on the NZ one said every country has there own crowman so thats why
also jon was 60 when he started doing Worzel and 70 when he finished
its cleaver how they did Aunt Sally and the scarecrows there be alot of filming and cut and splicing the real actors and the real Scarecrows going from being alive to being real scarecrows when they stand still
