My favourite character in WG, what a villainess! Conceited, greedy and spiteful. I love the way in which she spurned Worzel but ruhtlessly stopped her rivals from getting their hands on him for no other reason than the sadistic delightin doing so.

The actress who played her, Una Stubbs, played Alf Garnett's daughter Rita in 'Til death Us Do Part, of which All in the Family was a weak American copy.
Gloria was all in the Family's version of Rita, but not nearly as tough.
Una Stubbs played Aunt Sally in such a perverse way. I liked to see Aunt Sally messily eat to heart's content. And never put a pound of weight on.
