in this episode richard pretends that audrey is his wife to a cosmetics company president(rula lenska).but richard is a wealth businessman and his personal life would known to the public and certainly if he was married or not would be known to rula.my guess is that rula's charactor knew all along and wanted to see how far richard would take the charade.
