What are some of the best tips or tricks you've picked up watching this show?

I'll kick it off:

In one of the episodes for the New York brownstone in Brooklyn the guy tiling the bathroom had a neat trick to cleaning up after you grout. Rather than bringing out the old sponge and bucket of water he sprinkled dry grout over the tiles, rubbed them all down with a rag and swept it up. That did a good first cleaning.

He then scattered some moist sawdust over the floor and worked it over the tiles, cleaning them even more, even bringing out a shine.

By far the best tip I picked up from that season.
